Sylvia Doyle, Managing Consultant, Director and Founder
Sylvia Doyle, Managing Consultant founded Reward First ® People Consulting in 2004 with c. 20 years’ experience gained in reward and senior HR roles. From the start, we’ve had one overarching goal – to help clients achieve pragmatic sustainable solutions that work in the real world and deliver added value.
With a pragmatic and results-focused approach, Sylvia is a professional who works in partnership with clients to deliver results that add value. She has a proven track of designing, reviewing and implementing pragmatic reward solutions across industry and diagnosing the real issues on reward. Her career includes responsibility for European Compensation & Benefits at McCormick – the global leader of spices, seasonings and flavours. She has also gained a breadth of corporate experience in a wide range of sectors, from energy and utility to pharmaceutical, fmcg, rail and construction.
Sylvia is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and independent non-executive director of the RICS remuneration committee. She is a tutor and personal tutor on the CIPD Advanced Certificate in Reward Management and is a member of the CIPD’s Reward Forum steering committee. Sylvia speaks at UK and international conferences and was previously a Pension Scheme Trustee.
Sylvia is also a founder of Reward Consulting Partners LLP.
Lesley Pearson, Senior Consultant (Associate)
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Lesley Pearson has extensive reward and HR expertise gained in the private, public and not for profit sectors and offers a combination of specialist reward skills backed up by strong general HR knowledge.
Her 25 year plus track record and highly practical ‘hands on’ approach means that she is able to bring together diverse inter-related HR issues, producing tailored solutions, consistent results and repeat business year on year.
