Sylvia Doyle – Director
These range from designing and implementing company wide global grading and incentive bonus plans to implementing flexible benefits or carrying out an equal pay review. With over 15 years experience and track record in Reward and senior HR roles, Sylvia has a pragmatic and results-focussed approach to ensure clients achieve the right results on time. Before establishing Reward First in July 2004, Sylvia was responsible for European Compensation & Benefits at McCormick – the global leader of spices, seasonings and flavours. Her previous corporate experience is in sectors ranging from energy/utility sector to pharmaceuticals, fmcg, rail and construction. Sylvia is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has a post-graduate HR diploma and degree. She is a member of CIPD’s Reward Forum steering committee and is CIPD Professional Adviser and External Examiner for Cranfield University’s acclaimed MDA Programme. She speaks at Conferences and is a business governor of a Further Education College and past Pension Scheme Trustee. |
