Sylvia Doyle – Director

Based in Oxfordshire, Sylvia Doyle and Reward First help businesses achieve solutions that impact employee motivation and business results. Reward First works across the UK and internationally on a diverse range of assignments.

These range from designing and implementing company wide global grading and incentive bonus plans to implementing flexible benefits or carrying out an equal pay review. With over 15 years experience and track record in Reward and senior HR roles, Sylvia has a pragmatic and results-focussed approach to ensure clients achieve the right results on time.

Before establishing Reward First in July 2004, Sylvia was responsible for European Compensation & Benefits at McCormick – the global leader of spices, seasonings and flavours. Her previous corporate experience is in sectors ranging from energy/utility sector to pharmaceuticals, fmcg, rail and construction.

Sylvia is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has a post-graduate HR diploma and degree. She is a member of CIPD’s Reward Forum steering committee and is CIPD Professional Adviser and External Examiner for Cranfield University’s acclaimed MDA Programme. She speaks at Conferences and is a business governor of a Further Education College and past Pension Scheme Trustee.

Eva Pinkavova, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and registered 'Investors in People' practitioner. Eva has over 20 years HR and line management experience across a range of roles to HR Director level. This includes the BBC World Service and Unisys where Eva established a translation service in the Czech Republic.

Lesley Pearson, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, offers specialist reward skills, backed up by strong general HR knowledge and a 25 year plus track record in Human Resources. Lesley has an extensive range of clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Her highly practical 'hands on' approach and her ability to bring together diverse inter-related HR issues produces tailored solutions, consistent results and repeat business year on year.
